Pastor Keith Smith

Brother Keith Smith joined the staff of Pine Bluff Baptist Church as youth pastor and director of the church's camp ministry in 1989. After serving in this capacity for 15+ years, the church called Brother Keith to serve as senior pastor in April of 2005.

Following forty years of Godly and consistent leadership under the tenure of Pastors Wallace Little and Bruce Smith, Brother Keith is continuing the victories of the past with a vision for the future.

Brother Keith and his wife, Kimberly, have been married 19 years and have three daughters.

Associate Pastor: Mark Bullock

Brother Mark and his wife, Peggy, joined the staff of Pine Bluff in March of 2008. Brother Mark has served in numerous capacities of church ministries during his 25+ years of full-time ministry, including serving as Music Director here at Pine Bluff from 1997-2004. Brother Mark serves as Administrative Pastor while directing the church's music department and oversees the visitation program. We are so thrilled to have the Bullocks back on our staff and serving with us in the ministry. The Bullocks have three children and one grandchild.

Assistant / Children's Pastor: Steve Folsom

The Folsom's have been a part of the Pine Bluff family since May of 2006. Upon graduation from Ambassador Baptist College, Brother Steve joined the staff and assumed the directorship of Venture of Faith Camp, at which he worked as a teen and college student. He also assists with the youth department and oversees the children's ministries of the church. He and his wife, Tiffany, have two children.
